Do not share your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (GHS) and include VAT where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
Payment must be completed before order processing
We accept Mobile Money , credit cards, and other listed payment methods

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
Inspect goods immediately upon receipt
Report damages within 24 hours

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:

Loss of profits or data
Delays caused by events beyond our control
Third-party services linked on our platform
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or Kenyan courts.
