RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. OVERVIEW
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may return items if:
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and receipts are included
The item is not listed as non-returnable below

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (food, flowers)
Personal care items (cosmetics, underwear)
Digital products and gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items damaged by customer misuse

4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
Log into your Dromjor account
Go to "My Orders" and select the order
Click "Request Return" and provide reason
Our team will review within 2 business days
If approved, we will schedule pickup or provide drop-off instructions
Pack the item securely with all original materials

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Refund method: Original payment source or M-Pesa
Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless item was defective
Partial refunds: May apply if item shows signs of use

6. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Report within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damage
We will arrange free return pickup
Full refund or replacement at your choice

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:
Check your bank or Mobile Money account again
Contact your payment provider
Email us at refunds@dromjor.com with your order number

9. CANCELLATIONS
Before shipment: Full refund, no questions asked
After shipment: Standard return process applies
Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once production begins
